Steedman Planning is delighted to have provided SCOOP with a certain planning position. Steedman Planning co-ordinated the planning application for SCOOP requiring the change of use of a shed originally approved for agricultural purposes to provide a shop and commercial kitchen.
Securing planning permission required detailed negotiations with the Highway Authority about transport matters. These negotiations resulted in a successful decision.
