EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment)

Stephanie is recognised as a competent expert under the Planning and Building (Environmental Impact) (Jersey) Order, 2006 (as amended) who has successfully managed and co-ordinated Jersey focussed EIA since 2006.

Stephanie has supported many projects including strategic infrastructure, renewable energy, housing, commercial, hospitality, waste management and sport/ leisure.

Recent examples of EIA co-ordination and preparation

• Currently working with Ports of Jersey to deliver EIA for projects.
• JE strategic infrastructure project to deliver on-island renewable energy source through ground-mounted solar installations, whilst maintaining agricultural use of the land.
• New tourism facility including accommodation and ancillary development including Spa and Wellness Centre (Millbrook House Hotel)
• New facilities for growing medicinal cannabis.
