Stephanie provides clients with a bespoke and holistic understanding of the assessment requirements of the island’s land-use decision-making framework.
Having worked as an independent consultant for over 20 years, Stephanie has built up good working relationships with many of the stakeholders who influence the decision-making process. She is currently Vice-Chair of the Industry Partnership Board.
Stephanie made extensive contributions to the recent Bridging Island Plan, 2022 review process on behalf of a wide range of clients, including Parishes and private clients. Stephanie works regularly with clients to design and co-ordinate community consultation strategies. She has also successfully advocated on behalf of clients to support public inquiries and appeals.
Stephanie leads her projects from start to finish, meaning her clients get the benefit of receiving her personal attention throughout.
